All orders placed before 12 noon, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the next day (except during Sales or Private Sales).
DELIVERIES & SHIPMENTS
Shipping costs are free.
We ship all over Europe for other destinations please contact us.
Please be aware that your delivery may also be subject to local custom charges, over which we have no control, and must be borne by you.
Once your order is mailed, we will send you an update with your tracking number via email.
For any delivery request to another country, you can contact us directly by email.
Delivery times vary depending on the service chosen at the time of payment and the delivery area. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delay in orders due to delay in customs clearance or payment transactions.
HOW CAN I EFFECT PAYMENT ?
Payment for your order on our site can be made by credit card (visa, mastercard, maestro and american express) or via PayPal. The site www.magda.store does not allow payments in installments.
MAKE A RETURN OR REQUEST A REFUND.
Please note that if your order is not received, you have 20 days after the date of dispatch to contact us. Beyond this 20-day period, we cannot guarantee a refund. The customer is solely responsible for a delivery defect due to a lack of information when placing the order. If you wish to return one or more items, you have 14 clear days to be reimbursed.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN, AN EXCHANGE?
You can use your Magda Store account to make a return or make a request directly by mail at email@example.com. For any return, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of the products ordered. The products must be returned in perfect condition, complete (accessories, instructions, warranty, etc.) accompanied by the invoice and a word of explanation recalling the customer’s contact details as well as their desire to receive a refund or an exchange (subject to availability of product), at the following address:

Shipping costs related to the return of products remain the responsibility of the customer unless the product received does not comply or has a manufacturing defect. Any customs fees related to the return of product from a foreign country are also payable by the customer.
