Shipping is from Geneva.

All orders with Switzerland as their final destination, will be sent via registered post with post , www.singpost.com

In the current situation, these orders take 1-3 working days to arrive

Additionally, we will only be going to the post office twice a week: Tuesday & Friday

All other orders, will be sent from now on, April 15, 2020 with DHL Express.

Please be aware that your delivery may also be subject to local custom charges, over which we have no control, and must be borne by you.

Once your order is mailed, we will send you an update with your tracking number via email.

Places of delivery

Delivery locations can be verified on the website.

Following the purchase order confirmation by magda.store, delivery will take place at the address indicated by the client.

Orders will be processed within 2-3 working days once payment has been received.

Returns

At Magda we do not have a refund policy.
